Welcome to the City of Surrey's Online Dog Licence payment portal. To make a payment for your licence you will need your account number and access code, found on the front of your renewal notice.

If you don't have your access code, log into MyPropertyAccounts and scroll to the ebills section to view a PDF of your notice. While logged in, you can also make changes to your account, including adding a new dog or signing up for email notification of your future bills.
