The Property Information Portal allows users to view and print a Property Information Report for properties located in Surrey. You may search for a property using the civic address, folio number or PID. The report will display property assessment and tax levy information as well as the legal description.
The current year's tax notice mailing is the last week of May and, to avoid a penalty, your taxes are to be paid by July 2nd.
The current year's annual utility notice mailing is the last week of February and, to avoid a penalty, your annual water and sewer levies are to be paid by April 2nd.
Metered utility customers are billed 3 times per year:

When a due date falls on a weekend or statutory holiday, payments will be accepted the following business day without penalty.
